- If customer decided not to proceed
with the repair, the item for repair should be collected from service centre
within 2 weeks. Any item not collected after 2 weeks will be interpreted as
forfeited by the customer and will be disposed off by whichever mean deems
appropriate.
- 40% of service charge is chargeable
for cancellation of repair service.
- Full amount of service charge will be
refunded if the repair item cannot be repaired. No interest can be claimed for
refund of service charge.
- If spare part(s) is not available,
the maximum time period that the repair item will be held in service centre as
‘waiting part item’ is 3 months. Customer will be informed to collect the repair
item, together with the refund of service charge.
- Repaired item not collected within 3
months from the date on which customer is informed to collect the item will be
interpreted as forfeited and will be disposed off by whichever mean deems
appropriate.
- Repaired Products Warranty: All
malfunctions, which are repaired and stated in the repair certificate are
guarantee for 3 months from the date of collection. Any re-repair are warranted
only for the remainder warranty period.
- Repair/service is chargeable unless
valid warranty card and purchase receipt are produced without demand for
warranty repair.
